My path to becoming a PT started in high school when I needed treatment for my own pelvic and hip pain. I then decided to attend Bradley University where I received my Bachelor's degree in Health Science in 2010. From there I attended Northwestern University and obtained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. After graduating, I began treating patients with pelvic health diagnoses and in 2019 I became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Women's Health Physical Therapy (WCS).
After 6 years of dating and surviving the road through graduate school, I married my wonderful husband in 2014. A few years later we started our family and are now the proud parents of 3 amazing, energetic kiddos! I have come to find truth in the phase "art imitates life," as I am walking the path through raising children along side many of you. I am enjoying this journey more and more with each passing day.
Women's Health issues are far too often over looked and under treated. My passion lies in helping women of all ages and backgrounds to find answers to their pelvic health concerns. I work collaboratively with you and other members of your healthcare team to empower you with the tools you need to take back your health and your life!
